Service Contracts
We offer low cost 24-hour
a day Maintenance Service Agreements ("MSA") starting at $3.67 per
phone per month. Your cost will be quoted at the time you set up your MSA
with us. Benefits include:
- Maintenance covers all ordinary
repairs due to normal wear and tear. It extends the normal manufacturer's
warranty, and it adds on-site service with same-day exchange of defective
equipment.
- A MSA entitles you to
same-day service in most cases. In fact, we offer a maximum time of four
(4) hours as our target response commitment should you encounter a major
outage. In practice we always meet and actually generally beat our
target time. (A Major Outage is defined as inability to place or receive
calls on the system phones or breakdown of the operator's console.)
Billing is available
monthly, quarterly, or annually at your convenience.
Exclusions to the Maintenance
Service Contract include those items not usually covered by your insurance:
- Adds, Moves or Changes to your
system as may be requested by you.
- Fire, theft, flood, commercial
power surges, lightning and other Acts of God; service performed by others
that void your warranty, liquid spills, and the like. This usually means
we cover all other service issues under your MSA. (That is, the MSA usually
covers maintenance that is not customarily covered by your business insurance
policy.) Term contracts and special pricing are available on request.
